HOTEL REGULATIONS

We will do our best to make your visit with us a successful one.

Please read the following rules, the observance of which will allow us to ensure your pleasant and safe stay:

1. Beginning your stay at the hotel is tantamount to accepting the provisions of the Regulations.
2. The administrator of the personal data is Consulting, Trade & Constructions Maciej Kozlowski based in Warsaw 02-822 at ul. Galop 7.

3. The internal and external area of the hotel is covered by monitoring. The data obtained from the monitoring is stored for a period of 30 days.
4. During the registration process, the Guest is required to show the Reception Clerk a valid document with a photo confirming his/her identity. If you refuse to show it, the Reception staff has the right to refuse to issue a room key and conclude the hotel contract. The receptionist also has the right to refuse to register a Guest without giving a reason. The guest is required to put his own signature on the registration card.
5. The Receptionist is not allowed to hold the Guest’s identity document – it is given back immediately after filling in the registration card.
6. Room in the hotel is rented for nights. Check-in time is from 16:00 on the day of rental until 12:00 the following day. If the Guest does not specify the length of stay, it is assumed that the room is rented for 1 day.
7. Breakfast is served in the restaurant during the week from 6:30 – 10:30, on weekends from 7:00 – 11:00.
8. If the Guest wishes to extend his/her stay for a longer period of time than in the original reservation, he/she should report this fact to the Reception by hrs. 9:00 a.m. of the day on which the room lease expires. The hotel will accommodate your request to extend your stay as rooms become available.
9. Leaving luggage or staying in the room after 12:00 on the day of departure without informing the Reception in advance is considered an automatic extension of the stay. The hotel may charge for the next day’s room rental according to the prices in effect on that day.
10. A guest renting a room may not transfer the room to other persons.
11. the Hotel has a curfew from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the next day. During the hours of curfew, Guests and persons using the Hotel’s services are obliged to behave in such a way as not to disturb other people staying at the Hotel.
12. Non-registered persons may stay in the hotel room from 7:00 to 22:00. The stay of unregistered persons in the guest’s room after 10:00 p.m. is tantamount to the hirer’s consent to accommodate such persons in the room for a fee. The accommodation will be provided at the price of an extra bed for an adult according to the current price list. Visitors stay in the rooms at the sole responsibility of the Guest.

13. During their stay at the Hotel, children under 12 years of age must be under the constant care and supervision of adults. For the behavior of children and the damage done by them, their legal guardians are responsible.
14. On the premises of the Hotel in accordance with the Law of 8.04.2010 on health protection against the consequences of the use of tobacco and tobacco products and the Law of the State Sanitary Inspectorate (Journal of Laws No. 81, item 529) there is a complete ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products. Violation of this prohibition is tantamount to the Guest agreeing to pay the cost of the special fee of 500 PLN.
15. The Guest shall bear full financial and legal responsibility for any kind of contamination/damage to the property of the Hotel arising from his fault, the fault of his visitors or pets accompanying him during his stay. This fee will be estimated on the basis of technical expertise; the minimum value – PLN 200. If the room needs to be out of service for repairs, a fee will be added according to the price of the day X the corresponding number of days. The hotel has the right to assert claims on general principles when the cost of removing pollution or damage is high.
16. Guests should notify the Reception without delay of any damage, destruction or loss they notice.
17. For reasons of fire safety, it is prohibited to use heaters and electrical appliances that do not constitute equipment in the rooms and hotel premises. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for consumer electronics and computer devices. It is also forbidden to use open flames of any kind in hotel rooms and other areas. In the event of a fire emergency, Guests are required to obey orders issued by the Hotel Staff and emergency services (including evacuation/relocation orders).
18. When leaving the room, the Guest should always make sure that the door is properly closed.
19. The liability of the hotel for loss of or damage to items brought by the Guest to the hotel is governed by the provisions of Art. 846-849 K. C. The liability of the hotel is limited if these items are not deposited in the luggage room at the Reception. The hotel has the right to refuse to store weapons and objects that threaten public safety, money, securities, valuables and objects of scientific or artistic value and that take up too much space.
20. Guests should store their luggage in the room or a designated area.
21. Personal belongings left in the room by the departing Guest will be sent back at the Guest’s request at the Guest’s expense to the address indicated. If such instructions are not received, the Hotel will store these items for a period of 3 months (valuable – 6 months) and then donate them to charity or dispose of them. The hotel does not store food and medicine.
22. In case of violation of the provisions of these Regulations, the Hotel may refuse to provide further services to the violator. The aforementioned person is obliged to immediately comply with the orders of the Hotel Personnel, pay for the services rendered so far, pay for any damage done and leave the Hotel premises.
23. the Hotel has the right to refuse further admission of a Guest who, during his stay, grossly violated the Rules, caused damage to Guests, Employees, hotel property or Guests or disturbed the peace of the hotel.
24. Leaving a car in the parking lot or in the hotel garage is tantamount to accepting the rules of the parking lot and the parking fee (25 PLN/day – passenger car 1 parking space, 120 PLN/day – coach).
25. Charges for children residing in the Facility:
Children up to 4 years of age on an extra bed – free of charge; children up to 12 years of age. – no extra charge if sleeping on a bed with parents; extra bed – 75 PLN/day; breakfasts – free up to age 5, 5 -12 years old. – 50% discount.
26. The hotel accepts guests with pets weighing up to 25kg; the fee is 50 PLN per day. The condition for the possibility of pets to stay at the Property is to declare this fact when making a reservation or during check-in. In public areas, pets must be kept on a leash and be under the supervision of the owner so that they do not pose a threat to other Guests and Staff. Guests must remove any waste left by the animal in and around the Property.

27. The hotel provides services according to its standard. If the Guest has any concerns about the quality of services, he/she is asked to immediately report them to the Reception Desk.
28. The hotel is obliged to ensure the safety of the stay and maintain the secrecy of all information concerning the Guests.
29. Reservations of hotel services – reservations can be made directly, including through the site of the object as well as through online booking portals. Early check-in, late check-out as well as shortening the length of stay during the stay is confirmed by the Hotel subject to room availability and may be subject to an additional fee. Direct guaranteed (prepaid) reservations are valid until 7:00 am the following day. No-cost cancellation of accommodation is possible until 16:00 on the day of arrival (except for non-refundable reservations and group reservations made under contract with the Hotel). Cancellations after 4:00 pm will incur a charge for the first 24 hours. Direct non-guaranteed reservations are held until 16:00 on the day of arrival. Non-refundable reservations are not subject to cancellation or changes. Refunds for prepaid and canceled by a maximum of 16:00 on the day of arrival for guaranteed reservations will be made to the bank account from which the funds were credited to the hotel account. Cancellation in such a case should be made in writing by e-mail to: kontakt@poczkiresidence.pl.
In the case of bookings made through intermediaries, such as booking portals, the terms and conditions arising from the provisions of the regulations and content of the offers in force at these intermediaries apply.
30. Payments – direct bookings made online through the booking engine on the Hotel’s website, can be paid by bank transfer or online through the Facility’s cooperation with a third-party operator providing online payment services. The use of the online payment option does not incur any additional costs on the part of the booker; the Guest is obliged to read the privacy policy of the operator which may differ from the privacy policy of the Property. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the payment card provided at the time of booking or to charge it with 100% of the value of the stay – in case of non-refundable or refundable bookings after the no-cost cancellation deadline.
31. Complaint procedure – The guest has the right to file a complaint in case of noticing deficiencies in the quality of services provided. The complaint may be submitted in writing and sent by mail to the Hotel’s address or electronically to the e-mail: kontakt@poleczkiresidence.pl. The Hotel will consider and respond to the Guest’s complaint within 30 days from the date of its receipt, unless the regulations or terms and conditions provide otherwise (for example, in the case of bookings made through intermediaries).

These Hotel Regulations are effective as of March 01, 2022 for an indefinite period.
